To whom it may concern,

In march of 1996 I started having a real problem with anxiety and panic attacks, brought on I think, by my moving from Wellington to Auckland. I felt nervous all the time and started to look on something as simple as going to the supermarket with dread. I just knew that I was going to feel funny (as I called it) when I went out and started to be afraid of going out. Terified by the thought of having a nervous breakdown or developing agoraphobia, I sought the help of David Johnson.

With his simple method, I haven't had a full blown panic attack for a long time.

I still have the symptoms sometimes when out, but I now know how to deal with it and have overcome the cycle of fear and panic. No more rushing home from the supermarket without half my groceries. Apart from being one of the nicest people I have ever met, David's method really works, and I cannot speak highly enough of him.

So if you are reading this letter because you are in a state of nervous anxiety, please know that David can help you.

Finally David, I do know what state I would be in now without you.

Yours sincerely
